We have one clear aim: zero defects. How do we achieve this? Through systematic quality control management – not just in the classic sense of optimising production but as an all-pervasive ethic that is lived at every level of the company.
Every single process – from the tendering stage to dispatch of the finished product – is under permanent scrutiny and, wherever appropriate, is modified for the better. There is active staff involvement in implementing this ongoing process of optimisation. This means that we are always able to cope with the increasingly challenging requirements of our customers. These include, for example:
- complying with customer specifications, industry standards and legal requirements,
- the presentation of product data (factory certification, inspection certificates, data sheets, safety reports),
- proof of series production and product launch (PPF and PPAP)
- presentation of results from lab testing on physical properties and chemical composition (IMDS)
