JUMBO-Textil customer orientation is certified according to IATF 16949:2016, the most innovative automotive standard
JUMBO-Textil is committed to customer orientation. This was effectively demonstrated in May 2018, when we were certified according to IATF 16949:2016, the world’s latest and most important automotive industry standard. In late December 2018, we passed the monitoring audit conducted by TÜV Rheinland. The demanding audit was successfully completed at our company headquarters in Sprockhövel. Key elements of the audit comprised a successful quality management system, efficient quality assurance and maximum customer orientation in all areas.
Certified Flexibility, Efficiency and Quality
The automotive standard IATF 16949 was developed by the IATF (International Automotive Task Force) and expressly pursues a holistic approach that comprises, not only a quality management system that continually adapts to the latest developments in the automotive industry, but also the commitment to excellence, cost efficiency and delivery reliability. In the audit according to IATF 16949, special attention is paid to customer orientation. Certified companies are required to furnish evidence that their quality management effectively combines determined cost orientation and maximum quality as the basis for permanent customer satisfaction.
Comprehensive Quality and Process Management
For many years, we at JUMBO-Textil have continually pursued a systematic improvement process. The success of this policy is evident: The latest audit according to IATF 16949 supplements our ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certificates as well as our Formel Q konkret. Once again, this confirms our role as reliable premium automotive supplier with highest quality standards and just-in-time delivery reliability of more than 98 percent.
